Grandma and Grandad pay a visit

Grandma's birthday was in September and we said to come over and spend some time with us. So not that long after they have bought tickets to Faro Airport. But we couldn't make it in time on Juna so we have had to drive to pick them up in a rental car. The journey was 2 1/2 hours there and 2 1/2 hours back. We drove over the second longest bridge in Europe the 'Vasco da Gama' Bridge. It's measured I believe 10.7 miles. It was very fun going over the second longest bridge in Europe. We got back to Juna very late at 1 o'clock in the morning. I was exhausted so I couldn't even sleep in my own bed as grandma and grandad were sleeping in my room. I had the lee berth it was quite comfortable to be honest. The next day I had a breakfast of pancakes they were very tasty. Later we sort out who was going on the what. Grandad got the black Brompton dad took his own Brompton and Grandma got Mum's decathlon bike. Floss, Mum and I went on lime scooters. We rode around Lisbon for a while until we ended up in the square. There was a market going on with puppet stands, jewellery stands and a number of others. Grandma wanted to come back but in the end we didn't have time. We are wandered off to the restaurants Lane I guess and stopped to have a drink. After grandma and I looked in the tat shop and I bought a tiny Nando's chicken( it was so cute). Down the road there was an old cast iron elevator connected the lower street with the upper square. We walked into some of other shops including the fabric shop and I wanted to go into the sweet shop but wasn't aloud. Later we picked up the bikes and lime scooters and rode to Belem. Belem is our favourite place in Lisbon because it has the famous Nata place and numerous McDonald's. It also has very good play parks. I highly advise going there it is very nice. So overall we had a time in Lisbon. The next day we sailed down Cascais, it is amazing . In Cas case there is numerous Irish bars and a whole load of tat shops most of the floor is cobblestones. Grandma and Grandad, Floss and I went into an Irish bar to have a drink while Mum and Dad were doing something on Juna. I ordered a fuse tea which was a mistake because I normally have the iced tea fuse tea (fuse tea is the brand) but I got an actual hot fuse tea. After we spent the day playing volley ball and swimming until mum and dad came and said let's go get some pizza before we have to drop Grandma and Grandad off but believe it or not the pizza place was closed and our back up was also closed so had to scout out the only open place It was very nice. I had a pizza ; mum had sea bass and shell fish; Grandad had seabass ; grandma had a shrimp risotto; floss had pasta and dad had a steak bits. then we had to say goodbye.
